  17. <p>    Those up in arms last august over the Vanity Fair cover
  18. featuring a very pregnant, very naked DEMI MOORE will perhaps
  19. be mollified by her return next month in a shirt, tie, vest and
  20. suit. Then again, perhaps not. The ensemble, which fits Moore
  21. like a second skin, turns out to be her first skin under nothing
  22. but a layer of body paint -- the work of artist Joanne Gair. It
  23. took 15 hours to apply the paint. Moore slept in it the night
  24. before the shoot. As her devilish duds reveal, the Ghostly star
  25. has cast off her notorious prenatal profile with a daily
  26. three-hour dose of exercise. The result: less Moore.
